There is no difference in the Portuguese population between north and south ... There are uber tanned people in northern Portugal as well as in the south, as well as pale people in the north and south. I'm dark without sunbathing and I'm from the north

There are no differences. In the north there are areas that tend to have darker or lighter people. The same is true in the south. But in the general population there are no differences
