From what I asked certain Latin American members in certain threads, it looks like Australoids such as Aborigines, Papuans, Melanesians, Andamanese Islanders, Nilotic Africans, African Pygmies and very dark skin South Asians like Indian tribals don't really pass/blend in South America overall.

Like the more dark as night/black turn blue you are with extremely ethnic features, the less likely chance of you passing in Latin America.

For sure. His look is ordinary among all types of Kurds, from Iran, Iraq and to Turkey. There are over 30 million Kurds, with many variety of looks, so he will be go unnoticed. But either way, this Turanid/Turkmen/Iranic mix style of look is not uncommon among Kurds.
