Second guy looks like an evolved neandertal with straight facial profile. Anyway, it's a good pheno balanced and probably anabolic.

More Paleo Atlantid-like, imo.

hmm Maybe paleo/atlantid is something like borreby+med?

CM with Atlanto-Med influence.
But mainly CM and like a darker Faelid or Brunn rather than Borreby.

The Black Breed of Ripley was intended as large Brachycefalic type (Bronze age) that followed the shorter Dolico types of the Neolithic.it maybe matched similar SW Norwegian types (Strandid) and was said to be absent in Ireland.

If these men match Borreby crania, under that hair we can never say. Also we don’t have measurements.

There are some elements with the Borreby skulls posted:
-sloping/flat forehead with marked ridge
-high rooted nose (in both) with a high bridge (in first)
- heavy square jaw.
-Brachycephaly.

Coon’s Borreby plates have the size and the squareness but tending in features to Alpine and especially Baltic with the steep high foreheads.

Paleo-Atlantid is just not documented enough and Lundman’s samples are just a mixed series of Dark Swedes.

Agree, people should drop Agrippa's bs taxonomy scheme, he spread too much desinformation,
"paleo-atlantid" is probably not even a valid type( i know it is a legit term from Lundman tho), because it sounds like an oxymoron, there was no atlantid or atlanto-med in the paleolithic, these are types that only appeared in the neolithic.

Oh ok, the true name is "Old Black Breed", not "Old Black Bridge".
My bad :picard2:

In Coon's scheme probably would pass as Brunns.

modern borrebies are partially alpinized and reduced. the skulls look like brunn, but very brachi- similar to bell beakers
