Hell no. He just looks Filipino. Maybe he has distant Spanish ancestry, like 10%. But not enough to make him stand out. Even Filipinos wouldnt call this man a mestizo

He is not Filipino though but you are definitely close. And yes he has Caucasoid admixture in the range of 10% or a bit more. It is not Spanish affiliated though but more South Asian and West Asian related.

Vietnamese usually look a lot more Mongoloid and less ambiguous than him. I can sense that there exist some slight Caucasoid in his face especially in the first pic, which is something I cannot really detect in most Vietnamese.

He is not Filipino but pretty close. He does have around 10% or slightly more Caucasoid admixture but its not Spanish.

Filipinos would just call this a regular dude. He would be called "moreno" (which means brown-skinned, regular Filipino)
