I just want to start this off by saying that, out of all of the DNA companies I've tested with, I think MyHeritage is the least accurate.
However, I did not expect to see such a difference between my samples from AncestryDNA and 23andMe.

Here are the results I got:
AncestryDNA Kit:
North and West Europe 82.1%
North and West European 44.0%
English 38.1%
East Europe 12.7%
Balkan 11.8%
East European 0.9%
South Europe 5.2%
Iberian 5.2%

23andMe Kit:
North and West Europe 79.7%
English 71.9%
North and West European 7.8%
East Europe 16.9%
Balkan 16.9%
South Europe 3.4%
Iberian 3.4%

Neither are very accurate, but the MH-analyzed AncestryDNA kit is closer to the general results I get from most testing companies. However,
I should have Scandinavian and Irish, Scottish, and Welsh in my results. I'm way more of those things than I am of even Iberian (which keeps popping up on every test I take, but there is no evidence of me being Iberian).

My maternal grandmother also tested, and her results are fairly odd too.
Maternal Grandmother's AncestryDNA Kit:
North and West Europe 71.2%
North and West European 43.1%
English 15.8%
Irish, Scottish, and Welsh 12.3%
East Europe 25.7%
East European 15.8%
Balkan 9.9%
South Europe 3.1%
Iberian 3.1%

I get my Balkan heritage from her, so why her Balkan percentage is below my percentage is odd. Her father was from Croatia, so that makes 0 sense. Also, she has no known Iberian heritage, so...

Anyways, what are your thoughts on MH? And do you think your results are super incorrect too?

It's important to understand that is not very simple to separate English and Irish/Scottish/Welsh DNA. That's why a lot of "Celtic" people score English or generally Northwest European, so that's fine.

Scandinavian can also appear as just Northwest European. Iberian is just a proxy for Southwestern European, which can appear to any European. It doesn't mean recent Iberian ancestry.
And the Balkan component mixes a lot with the general Eastern European one, so it makes sense too. You need to pain attention only to the Slavic component in general. And this one seems accurate.

Anyway, I think the results are pretty fine, it's just a matter of interpretation, but I agree that MyHeritage should keep things clear.
