Not really, he looks Dinaro-Med with light eyes, insofar as I'd give him a full Euro classification.

I disagree I live in belgium he would pass easily among flemish/dutch people In an italian crowd he would be lighter than the average (maybe not in some parts of north italy)

He isn't that light - his hair is the typical medium-to-dark brown of Southern Europe, and his skin is quite sallow.

it's not only about hair color but also his pigmentation , eyes, traits , etc Italians in average tend to look more med/swarthy than him

In the South to some extent. In the North he would not be much different from the average though.

Doesnt his dad and brother has that Greek looking forehead and his face looks little Celtic and German like you can find in Dalmatian coast

I said he has a vague resemblance, not that he fully looks like him by any means.
