2 is European, N-W European

#3 looks bad because has very high upper eyelid exposure. The vertical distance from his infratarsal creases to his lower eyelid margin is also very high. #3 also seems to have the most protruding eyeballs (negative). (People who have more protruding eyeballs tend to have more prominent eyelids, and vice versa.)

#1 looks bad because he has clearly negative canthal tilt. He also has pretty bad scleral show, so that the outer half of his lower eyelid margin is pull down diagonally.

#2 seems to have the thickest eyelashes (positive). #3 seems to have almost no eyelashes, even though it could be because of the poor image quality.

#1 and #3 both have low palpebral fissure width (negative).
