Neymar, in my opinion.
George Lopez, to me, looks like a brown stabilized type, while Neymar is very Brazilian looking, the type of person that, obviously, don't look fully caucasoid, but the European is clearly visible in his phenotype.

Yeah, if you said to me George Lopez is 0% European I'd believe, but I wouldn't believe it in the case of Neymar. I've seen even fully Amerindians looking more Caucasoid than George Lopez. Many Mestizos look as brown as Lopez or even browner, but in this forum they post atypical mestizos to make them look almost white lol. And keep in mind Lopez is a bit more European than average Mestizo.

I will say Neymar. He looks more European regardless, but I will say this: People who are overweight like Lopez tend to look "less European" than people who are athletic and thin. This is in part due to the media which strives to reinforce an idea that Whites are more fit, but also because the fatter you get, the more fat you also add up on your cheeks and nose, which makes anyone (including Whites) look more generic. Lopez wouldn't look more Euro than Neymar in any shape, though.
