Dinarid + Atlantid.
Facial features seem overwhelmingly Dinarid. Prominent ears, eyes, nose giving a slightly caricaturesque aesthetic, which is signature Dinaric effect. The other component contributes to the somewhat longer skull. Could be Mediterranid or Nordid instead of Atlantid, but considering pigmentation is neither very swarthy nor particularly light, I'd go with that one instead.

I heard that European height is dictated more by genetics than by nutrition. I’ve also heard that other population height is affected more by nutrition rather than genetics. Supposedly consuming milk and animal proteins leads to taller height.

My dad is the same height as me roughly, my mom is pretty tall for a woman too, probably around 1.75,maybe less... As far as I know, height is influenced by genetics as well as nutrition, I was always taller than kids my age, and as far as nutrition goes, I ate a pretty normal and healthy diet as a kid, lots of good cooks in my family lol
