Tavastid. Passes in baltic states or Poland and Belarus and ofc Russia. Besides the prominent cheekbones, she looks like common face here.

Even though she has large cheekbones, she still has fairly low palpebral fissure inclination and a fairly high bridge of the nose. However maybe something like this was actually originally meant with the East Baltid type, but it later became exaggerated on anthroforums.

Pigmentationally this girl is closer to Komi-Zyrians. According to Karin Mark (and others), Komi-Permyaks have darker hair color and eye color than Komi-Zyrians (https://dspace.ut.ee/handle/10062/54756):

However according to Mark, Komi-Permyaks from Kudymkar (in southern Komi-Permyak Okrug) had much lighter eyes and hair than Komi-Permyaks from Kosa or Kochevo (further north).

Both of these girls are pretty high-tier, but I think the other one is even better. She has a lower facial index, a shorter nose with a lower bridge of the nose, a wider root of the nose, higher palpebral fissure inclination, lower palpebral fissure height, and thicker lips. I think she's also Komi-Permyak.
