Maybe it was a river then... It's weird how there's so few lakes in Komi territory, even though it's otherwise geographically similar to Finland.

Looks Baltid + Norid to me. The latter for her combination of somewhat prominent eyes, heavy bottom lip and a slightly downturned nosetip.
Would guess her as Polish or Ukrainian.
