He just looks Caucasoid because he has (by Japanese/Okinawan standards) high pretarsal show, low palpebral fissure inclination, a high level of dark areas around the eyes, protruding eyeballs, a high bridge of the nose, a small head, and a gracile facial skeleton with a small mandible.
