I'll go with Med/Berid, not Brunn of Paleo-Atlantid (NW Euro types), because, if you had told me he is a Spaniard guy called Diego Velásquez, I would classify him with the former phenotypes combos, not the latter.

Tooting Carmen is right, he wouldn't be perceived as gringo(a) in Latin American countries with sizable white populations, but I don't think he has a Southern Euro vibe, more like NW Euro/British Islander, not sure.
