They look like my enemy type just based on what kind of glasses they wear.

Vepsian? The text on the background in the second photo is Finnish, so they're probably not Finnish because it would be too easy.

They are not Mari, Finns or Vepsians but yes they are Finno-Permic. Someone else and I will reveal.

In Estonian, it would be "teaduskondpäev".

Standard Finnish doesn't have the "ea" or "äe" diphtongs of Estonian.

The "ie" diphtong does not appear in native Estonian words, similar to how in Southwestern Finnish dialects, "ie" in Standard Finnish is replaced with "ia" or "iä".


They are not Mari, Finns or Vepsians but yes they are Finno-Permic. Someone else and I will reveal.
