He looks Turanid/Central Asian but he can also pass in Austronesian countries like Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia or some other wog Asian/Oceanian country with mixed heritage

I think he mostly looks what he is "eurasian-mixed person".
I knew a guy who was half Polish half Phillipino and he had pretty much similiar look.

Maybe this guy can pass a bit in some Asiatic looking Turkic populations and also some south Asian populations ... even some Phillipinos due to Spanish admixture could maybe look a bit like this.

Ultimatly I think he looks like a mixed person.
