Hello there,
Here are my recent ancestry results (from Living DNA) :
Europe = 100%
Europe (North and West)= 68.7%
- France = 67.2%
- Northwest Germanic = 1.4%
Great Britain and Ireland = 18.3%
- Scotland and Ireland = 18.3%
Europe (South) = 13%
- West Iberia = 7%
- North Italy = 6%
I have some questions.
First question : how explain I have almost 20% Irish/Scottish DNA ? I am mainly from the west of France, so would it be my Breton blood that would explain this result ?
Second question : my Y-DNA is R-U152, does that make sense with my results ?
Last question : as far as I know, I have neither a Spanish nor an Italian ancestor, so how do I explain this 13% DNA from Southern Europe?
Thanking you in advance.
