This is like guessing Norwegian or Swede practically.

Maltese, Sicilians and Southern-Calabrese are the same : extreme-southerns Italics (except that Maltese speak a sort of Arabian). It's a little bit like Southern-Corsica, except that Corsican are not mixed like the Maltese/Sicilians are.

Napolitans (Campania, etc), are differents (southerns italics). Napolitania was originally "Peninsular Sicily" and Isle of Sicily was "Insular Sicily" (in the Kingdom of Two Sicilies).

So, I'd say...

1. Sicilian - Maltese
2. Maltese - Sicilian
3. Sicilian - Maltese
4. Maltese - Sicilian
5. Maltese - Sicilian

It's just really hard to do the difference between a Sicilians and a Maltese who's just... Sicilian to. Who have just never stop to talk Sicilian Arabic.

^ 2/10.

None of these are actually Sicilians though.. they are a combination of Calabrese and Campanians. But I'd say telling a Maltese from a south Italian is equivalent to trying to tell a Norwegian from a Swede.
