On census in 2011 Pančevo municipality had 123 414 inhabitants, Macedonians were 4558 or 3.7%.

I know one Macedonian girl from Pančevo. She is born there, her grandparents came from Macedonia. She was baptized in so called Macedonian Orthodox Church and she is proud on Macedonian origin, but speak only Serbian.

On these photos is visible how Dinaric element is stronger among older than among younger people.

An unexpectedly small influence of Dinarid - it is sometimes noticeable only in the older generation.
Phenotypically wise - mostly Pontids and Gorids with noticeable Balto-Nordic element.
Part of them won't look alien in Southern Russia, and almost all of them easily pass in Western Ukraine.

Actually Its not, Dinarid is mountain type and since most people dont live in mountains these days Its normal he is rarer now. For example I live in town where a lot of people have Dinaric Alps ancestry and watching photos from high school it looks I was only Dinarid in my class (30 students), beside me 2 were influence but not predominant.

Couple look Macedonian now that you mentioned the Macedonian minority their. One lady even has the flag on her apron. Seems Macedonians in Serbia live comfortably being able to identify as such. Wish I could say the same about some of the other neighbors.

I met a half German, half Macedonian when in Belgrade. He was from Nova Pazova. He had a Macedonian ovski ending name. Seemed proud to be Macedonian, but only spoke Serbian.

I met a Torbesh man in Novi Sad selling souvenirs up near the main fortress. He first said he was Macedonian though when I spoke to him, then he explains he was Torbesh.

Also one lady working at the Nish bus station that said her mother was Macedonian from Resen. She looked happy when she saw my surname.

Girl from Pančevo with Macedonian origin that I mentioned went to high school with me, she had surname on ovski.

There is one woman in my neighborhod who is full Macedonian from Kumanovo area which live in Serbia over 40 years. We call call her Macedonian, but she is declared Serb. She hate Albanians, speak about tsar Dušan and Nemanjići, and in joke say she is purer Serb than Krajina Serbs (where I live there is a lot of Krajina Serbs). She have such accent and way of speech that her origin from Macedonia is visible from the sky.

They are the worst drivers in this city. Also shame on those who don't even try to learn the language of their forefathers.

Descendants of North Macedonian colonists after WW2 in Pančevo city and municipality are tiny minority.

I was talking about those that are. All of those with -ski surnames.

Anyway I voted for Croatia, Hungary and Romania.

Their ancestors arrived from Macedonia in late 1940s, it's hard to expect that third or fourth generation still carry language of their colonists ancestors. In Vojvodina settled around 200 000 Serbian colonists from Dinaric regions after WW2, their descendants in second and especially third generation speak different dialect, it happened vojvodinization of speech.

Mine moved in mid 1930's, so what? I still talk the language.

They look like unmixed serbs, generic white people. They can fit in most places you listed, they would be atypical in parts of turkey though where people look more central or westasian but in most european places. They are average white people.

True dinaridism is slowly fading off, in Slovakia you can find a lots of Dinarid influenced elders, now for youngsters you rarely see one.

Very similar to Romanians. Some would be atypical, but as a group nobody would see a difference. They would fit best in Banat8⁶⁵
