He is more swarthy than usual Iranid subtypes.

I think his look would be most typical in Khuzestan province. He always looked very "ethnic" to me.

Sorry I think you misunderstood me. I didn't meant that he is typical in Khuzestan but that I see him fitting in Khuzestan more than in other provinces.
