I found this Treemix analysis from a few months ago using 410,000 SNPs. It shows the relationships between some W. Asian populations like Arabs, Armenians, and Kurds with E. Europeans and E. Asians and Pashtuns from Afghanistan.

I had it done because I was interested how Armenians, Kurds, Arabs and Pashtuns relate to each other and whether any of them have any more recent admixture from E. Asia or E. Europe.

This one shows Turkmen (Uzbekistan), Pashtuns, Kurds, Arabs, and Armenians on the W. Eurasian branch with:

- Turkmen getting about 40% geneflow from a population related to Buryats

- Arabs and Armenians form a clade and they don't have any additional E. Eurasian admixture

- Kurds are between the Pashtun and Arab/Armenian clade

- Kurds have 10% admixture from a population deeply related to SE Asians and E Asians (maybe ASI ??)

- Pashtuns have 30% admixture from a population deeply related to SE Asians and E Asians (maybe ASI ??)

- Arabs have 10% admixture from a population related to SSA

- Estonians have 3% admixture from a population related to Siberians

- Proto Ukrainians and Estonians have 10% admixture from a population related to Siberians

- Buryats have 10% admixture from a population ancestral to both Estonians and Ukrainians (maybe Steppe-BA or MLBA) ??)

This other Treemix run also using 410,000 SNPs shows:

- Turkmen (Uzbekistan) have 40% geneflow from a population related to Buryats

- Kurds have 37% geneflow from Pashtun (Afg) related ( maybe Parthians ??)

- Kurds have 6% geneflow from population related to both Burmese and Buryats

- Pashtuns have 19% geneflow from population related to both Burmese and Buryats

- Estonians have 3% geneflow from population related to Siberians

The second graph also shows that Estonians and Ukrainians 3% Siberian which makes a total of 6% for Estonians

I found a couple of other Treemix runs that were done for me by Eurasian DNA. Instead of Pashtuns in the run Ossetians, Tatars, Altaians, and Belaroussans were included. We can safely assume that other NW Iranian populations would have a similar structure to those Kurds since they are very close genetically.

This one with 9 migration edges and the highest likelihood iteration of the runs shows:

- Kurds and Ossetians form a clade (Indo-Iranic)
- Armenians and Arabs form a clade
- Uzbek branch is closest to Kurd/Ossetian clade
- Kurds and Ossetians receive 36% admixture from a population ancestral to Ukrainians/Estonians/Belaroussans/Albanians (probably various steppe populations combined)
- Kurds and Ossetians receive a total 14% admixture from a population ancestral to SE Asians.
- Tatars receive 20% admixture from a Siberian/NE Asian population
- Uzbeks receive 41% from a population related to Altaians.
- Armenians and Assyrians receive about 40% admixture from a population ancestral to Kurds/Ossetians (guessing that's how they receive some of their steppe and E Asian)
