Note both have typical Uralische trait: zero or barely visible upper eyelids. Aksyanova found that only 13,2 % of Udmurt women (the OP girls are Udmurts) do not have the fold of the upper eyelid. I guess Uralische is only European phenotype which has such low percentage of absence of the fold of the upper eyelid.

The second has good bone structure. Most of these uralische beauties are quite sturdy. Genetically they're primarily a mix of baltic and siberian I guess(?).

The first girl looks "Finno-Ugric". IMO the second one has West Eurasian admixture.

I can see two types of eyelid folds, the first one typical for East Eurasians and the second type common in Western Eurasia. The eyelid form is however only one thing and the visibility of the upper eyelid another. Many western Eurasians have hidden upper eyelids due to their deep eyes or high brow ridges. Near Easterners has more visible eyelids.

The second one looks worse, because for example she has dark areas around the eyes. She also has the kind of yellowish or dark skin which is common in people who have dark areas around the eyes. She has a wavy bridge of the nose and a more downturned nose. She also has worse shape of the soft tissue of the cheeks.
