I'd rather think Greece, albeit some do look Spanish. Too great an Alpinid element for Spain, few are unadmixed Meds, several noses are rather West Asian which would look odd on a Spaniard. A couple could pass for native Caucasians, like this one:

I had a hard time guessing between Spain/Portugal and Greece, but I think it's Spain...some look Greek but a lot do not at all.

You do find a number of Alpine types in Galicia - roundish faces. There are quite a few in Brittany as well.
