10% or less. Maybe 15% in some cases (Northern Russians). Most don't score any, I and my mother do but those are FTDNA uploads, so they may differ from actual MH tests.

Not at all, Balkan on MyHeritage doesn't include Albania and Greece, so I would say that her Baltic and Finnish + Greek and South Italian ~= Balkan. In this sense, she seems fully Balkan, which according to MyHeritage includes everything from Bulgaria to Montenegro in the South to Slovenia and Moldova in the North.

Not at all, Balkan on MyHeritage doesn't include Albania and Greece, so I would say that her Baltic and Finnish + Greek and South Italian ~= Balkan. In this sense, she seems fully Balkan, which according to MyHeritage includes everything from Bulgaria to Montenegro in the South to Slovenia and Moldova in the North.
