Single distance in K36 is always greatest from all eurogenes calcs, because of biggest number of components probably. It is normal.

That's why it was so strange for me how G25 failed to detect my German part. Gedmatch does much better job. :)

Gedmatch Vahaduo is miles better for modern populations. G25 has very limited sample base, and few are quite off. For ancients G25 is great, I must say that.
But gedmatch is getting there as lot of ancients were added recently. In my view gedmatch made huge return this year trough Vahaduo. And with different penalisation options, it's even better!
