Consult a doctor. In austria there is a hotline for coronavirus, look if there is a hotline in your country too. I had mild fever, I had stomach ache, and sickness after eating and after drinking coffee. But everything very mild. I take now paracomatl. I took infubene first, then consulted the doctor and now take paracomatl. Dont take ibuprofen. The french health minister said that ibuprofen increases problems with the coronavirus.

many people catch the virus and are either asymptomatic or have v mild symptoms (esp young people)....it's this more than anything else that is spreading the virus so effectively

I wouldn't be so far, but at least stay home. Whatever that is, others don't want that. And if things go nasty, just call a doctor.
