Do Greece has the same percentage of light eyes and hair with Turkey like the maps indicate?

Can the Bulgarians and the Italians have lower percentage of light eyes than Turks and Kurds??

green eyes might have been more common in Caucasus/Turkey area than to Southern Europe but blue is really rare.
