Can a brachy skull display some curve/globularity at the back, post examples.

I've wondered that myself.
Because I have seen people with (slightly) rounded occiputs that have pretty big heads either way.

Yes.
As a rule of thumb:
• Dinarids have a flat occiput.
• Alpinid and Subnordid brachycephalic skulls have a gently rounded rear side.
I have a gently rounded rear side, and I am Brachy.

yes, look over coon's plates, there's in fig 1 at principles of dinaricisation some man who has rounded occiput but his CI is like 83 and another one in the jews I or II, where he had 178 mm cranial length but rounded occiput.
