Is he light for a Tamil? His eyes are way lighter than mine.

his eyes look fairly brown-dark brown. typical for most south asians overall imo.

yes he's a bit lighter in skin tone for a tamil but features wise he's typical.

He can only pass in Arabia outside of South Asia, and really, it's because a lot of Arabians do have significant South Asian ancestry and so on. Some Arabians in South Arabians can even look straight up Veddoids:

I don't know if there had been Austroloids like those in tribal societies of Southern India(not like the ones in Australia and Melanesia) living in the Arabian peninsula in ancient times and so on.

In the peninsula they're very familiar with how they look due to the large number of expats over there. So I dont think he can actually pass.

I've seen many native Arabians who have this look including the local Emiratis. In fact, Emiratis have significant South Asian admixture and so on. Believe it or not, before the British conquered the Persian gulf, the lingua franca of that time was Hindi and Urdu, and I know one Emirati Arab family who still know how to speak either language fluently.

How can you be gracile and brachid at the same time? That's like classifying someone as Gracile Med and CM. It's a complete oxymoron. You're either one or the other.

As for the guy in the OP, he is Central Brachid and Keralid. But he is more on the Keralid side, as he is not that Brachid. But that doesn't mean he is Gracile.

Ib + GI is actually the most common indian pheno. Its just wide skull (IB) with softer/gracilized facial features like big eyes especially.

but the south asian admixture is more Baloch in nature I thought?

They can be a reduced IB type, or a North Indid/Keralid/etc mix (you can be mildly brachy and be North Indid or any other Indid types, besides Gracile Indid).

Not to mention, you can have large eyes and be very robust. My father is pretty big boned with a large head, and his eyes are bulgy. Whilst I am smaller/deeper eyed, more shorter and gracile-boned compared to him. I'm not sure why or how gracility and robustness have to be conflated with eye shape.

IB is something like this according to the plates. Fleshier nose, slightly smaller/less defined jaws, bigger eyes compared to this indicate gracility. IB with additional nord indid would be sharp long nose, slightly elongated skull, some robustness as well with some alpine like influence. Bigger eyes yes can be NI as well. that was a bad example on my part, but usually GIs have big eyes in pure form while NIs can have hooded eyes..
