Right.

His face, with the large triangular jaw and the narrow chin, is a Basque stereotype.

A profile photo would make sure if the guy also owns the other distinctive basque features (forehead and cheekbones on a same plan with the nose running parallel to it, and dolychocephaly, which rules out any significant Alpinid content) but we can safely assume he does.

The shape of his face and eyebrows is Alpinized,
In Atlantids eyebrows are straight.
