Both of them look Albanian to me. Lighter and darker dinarids.

The readhead look like Aleksandar the Great with gracile Albanian build, second looks like Rudolf Hess after he came out of concentration campski.

They look like Gheg albanians, as others have noticed as well: brunet guy is very typical, blond guy less so (has some Slavic influence, too, but that doesn't exclude him as Albanian)...
