The guy in the video seems to be rather Keltic Nordic/Atlanto-Nordid + Dinaroid influences/Nordoid in the wider sense.

If you compare them, you can clearly see the Borreby-Alpinoid tendency in her being strong to clearly predominant.

She somewhat reminds me on the actress Miranda Otto (Eowyn in Lord of the Rings), hard to tell which one is more Borreby and which more Nordoid in a direct comparison, but both are roughly in the same category for sure.
