What type of hair is this? No, I don't have any African ancestor or a recent relative who has African admixture. My ancestry is European, Lebanese, and Amerindian.

What type of hair is this? Is it found throughout Europe? It's more like an Arab hair? I've received some negative comments on it, and even tried to change my hairstyle but nothing is working. It gets me down a lot. My hair texture looks somewhat Afro, I don't know.

I don't think it's afro-like. Seems that you have a different hair texture. Sometimes my hair is similar, when it's really dry, after a shower for example.
