View Full Version : Two I-PH908 samples from medieval Czechia
In 4 samples from Prague-Břevnov dated in 12 century AM there are two I-CTS10228. Unfortunately, extraction of DYS448 was not successful for both samples, but according to DYS449 both samples should belong to I-PH908.

PH908 (former dinaric south) is main Serbo-Croatian marker. This are first two ancient samples of this particular subclade we have, finally!

Illyrians were burning their bodies, while those who did serve North of Balkans were not properly buried (burned)
Can anyone explain me the Laughter of those two please?
Which Haplogroup is Indo-European?
I2 or R1b?
Which Haplogroup is Anatolian
I2 or R1b?
From where did I2 went to Czech Republic?
From Balkans or Russia?
Are Sardinians Slavs?
We are the closest peopel to them I2a1 people as well..
COLOSSAL NEWS.... I2 came from Siberia with Germans and Turks... WOWWWWWWWWW
SLAVS WERE I2...
Those are old theories from 2015.
I2 is a PROTO-EUROPEAN not Indo-European Slavic and Germanic haplogroup (R1a, R1b)

But even they found two samples in Prague , that doesnt mean origins is from Czech? Czechia is close to Balkans...
We are always sceptical about our existence and now will wait for someone else to tell us who we are based to two found samples in Czech...
This map show it opposite, than Czechia hotspot :D

Please, no. There were no Balkanites in 12th century Prague. It's Slavic marker which came to Balkans in dark ages, and we already knew that.
It's just final nail in the ridiculous nativist theory coffin.
Entire I2-din branch is Slavic.

But we dont know from where ?And who said there were not Balkanites in Czech in 12 century ,by which logic?

Because this marker has nothing to do with Paleo-Balkan tribes and that is why all din samples (both N and S) were found in northern Slavic countries and not SE Europe.

But how you know? How much paleo-balkan samples are found BiH territory?Im not saying its pure paleo-balkanic , but maybe is result from fusion of paleo-balkan with some incomers. But is not logical the hotspot to be in BiH but not in bigger Slavic countries?Anyways BiH was territory of Illyrians at first.
And ye i see you going in wrong direction,im not fighting, im having discussion..
Cheers.

Hotspot is in BiH because Slavs live there, obviously. It has nothing to do with Balkan natives and I am tired of association of our lineage with Illyrians.
It's Slavic and you come back to discussion when native samples with it are found, which will be never because they never existed.

Is there a still official statement that I-PH908 is Slavic and origin is from Slavic country?

Slavs are Indo-Europeans, and have Indo-European words and grammar like IE R1a Sanskirt people.
They are R1a like those in India.
I people spoke completely different set of languages.
Is there a still official statement that I-PH908 is Slavic and origin is from Slavic country?
Is there about R1a?
Everything fits, archeogenetics, young age and low diversity of clades in South Slavs, high diversity in countries like Ukraine.
Bosnia is over 60% Slavic autosomally, but only around 20-25% R1a. With what do you think rest of Slavic autosomal input came with, thin air? lol

But 60% of Greeks have Slavic admixture or maybe more, but not that much slavic haplogroups ?
Also with Albanians...

Lol, Bosnians have nothing to do with those two genetically. And all mainland Greeks and Albanians have Slavic admixture, it's just much lower than in Bosnians obviously.
Almost every individual in Bosnia is over half Slavic on average, understand?
You seem trollish.

Every Greek sample from G25 modern spreadsheet have slavic admixture except one Greek_Trabzon sample.
Most slavic admixture Greeks from Macedonia region.
EDIT: not 60% it seems 99%

On a serious note, that has been almost confirmed for a while, but it's always nice to see hard data.
