NE and Central Europe does not overlapp that much, outside highly Slavic Centraleuro countries maybe. Also many Brits do not stand out much tbh outside the highly stereotypical looking ones perhabs.

I agree, those are typical british CM eyes, "downturned" and wide-spaced. She doesn't look very russian to me, but Upper paleolithic influenced.
