I can't properly answer the question because I'm not sure how you would distinguish Phoenician/Canaanite dna from the one of neighbouring peoples in Iron Age Levant, but in terms of continuity since the Roman period it would between 60-75% according to Global 25, with the minimum being 63% for Syria and maximum 76% for Palestine, but that might be because we have more ancient Israeli samples.
