Serbs are most similar to Bulgarians.
The three groups are part of a spectrum - Poles are the easternmost and northernmost looking, Austrians - the westernmost in appearance and Serbs are the southernmost. Still there is a lot of overlap.

There is some overlap between Serbs and Poles, as both have people with North Pontid and East Europid features, the difference being Poles have very light types and no dark Dinarid and Med ones. Austrians stand out here, they are mainly Subnordid and resemble other Germanic people.

The pitcures of Serbs mostly have Dinarid, Pontid, Norid, Gorid, Borreby and some Baltid.

I agree, Austrians are different people from Balkan South Slavs. We have no common heritage with them, while with Greeks we share paleo-Balkan.

Many faces are common in all those 3 nations, the Alpine and Subnordid ones but those long faced ones with big jaws and chins are odd in Poland.

Very rare. Maybe 1 out of 1.000 in Germany, so I wouldn't include it in the common phenotypes.
The darker guys in the OP are immigrants.

Atlantid is common yes. Just not Atlanto-Med.
