AncestrY DNA does not provide a Y-DNA haplogroup report but it is possible to get a haplogroup assignment prediction from the raw data. Have you tried doing it? If not and if you are interested here is a tutorial:

Alright, if you know that your father is R1b then you are as well the exact same thing (it is paternally inherited). Do you know which R1b branch though? Is he R1b-DF27 per example?

That is probably a false prediction based on experimental results from before 2014. I am unaware of that branch. You are most definitely R1b anyway, the most common haplogroup in Portugal (I am a carrier too).

Whenever you have the chance ask your father then, it will be cool to know a little more in depth which R1b strain you carry.

Are you sure they would update your raw data without a new saliva sample? And even if they did, Morley is just a prediction and not always accurate. How much does that update cost? If I were you, I would do instead a FTDNA test or an YSEQ Panel (usually more affordable) because they are the best dedicated companies when it comes to haplogroups.

Mitochondrial DNA is inherited maternally (some studies say that can be inherited from the father but it is rare) so you would have to know your mother's mtDNA to know yours.

I know that is a phenotype assumption. Actually, the most closer to celts phenotypically are the non-northern frenchs and the actual iberians.

I reccomend you do Dodecad k12b. Ethel told me k13 lacks a North African component. You should expect to see your SSA drastically reduce.
