North Atlantid and slight Faelid, me thinks....

North atlantid+Faelid, eye region very CM influenced, broad forehead covered by hair apparently, slightly wavy hair. Tall from the CM part and the rest maybe north atlantid.
Is he from Croatia?

No but to me he has face bones like he has gigantism.
