I don't think she has had a nosejob, it is probably because of the perspective

Not 100℅ sure but I would say Atlantid (quite ,,Western" looking IMO).

PS. Don't pay attention on Ymyyakhtakh and Laag, they are semi mongol (Uralid and Ladogan types are heavily influenced by Mongolic admix) so everyone who isn't semi mongol is ,,wog" according to them (they have serious frustrations and inferiority complex). :)

Paleo-Europeans did have more broader features, higher cheekbones, strong jaws. Gracilisation was only brought in by EEF admixture and CHG ancestry in the Steppes.

Looks like these Turkish and Bulgarian textbook Atlantids. They were classified as Atlantid best unbiased TA classifiers. Pass in the homeland of Atlantid and Paleo-Atlantid races in Bulgaria and Turkey easily.
