I know few Serbs who are depigmented like this guy, or even more.

^^^^it's not only pigment, it's features. I know many Russian or CE passing Serbs, that's not even rare, but Finn/Esti guys like this (could be even Swede or Baltic German too IMHO), are rare!

His father and uncle have similar features as this two Serbian rock musicians.
