No the only connection there would be the haplogroup E3b which is originally Levantine but people claim it's coastal North African it's not it's from the Bronze Age Levant. Also another theory is that when the great flood ( of Sumer ) happened the Anatolians who had a similar dna to Bronze Age Levantines fled and populated the North African Red Sea coast.

But North African average are very different to modern day Levantines or at least the Levantines who actually have their Bronze Age dna matches. Modern Levantine matches are close to Cypriots. North Africans even Berbers don't match up to the Levant and are close to Cyprus

I assume you mean Caucasians as in people of the Caucasus and than Levantines can be modeled as Maghrebis + Caucasians. Then no, the most important element in Levantines which is Levant_N is absent in Caucasians and significantly lower in Maghrebis, not even accounting for Iran_N.
