Brachy. Large-headed (but not large-large).
I'm guessing he is intermediate when it comes to his skull height.

He looks Georgian or Armenian, his head shape somewhat Meso-Brachy.

Brachycephalic.
Large headed or close to it.
Very wide minimum frontal, big temporals, high parietal, fauxcipitall( short occipital mass that is located mostly at the eye line).
Relatively small frontal lobe. He have browridges but these shouldn't be counted when measuring CI as they are not part of the brain case and are ratther an extension of the eye orbits.
