Not really. On the 3.Picture he could be considered a little bit asian, but he looks more latin america. Ive seen many more euro looking maroccans, he has just euro looking effect in his facial traits.

Yes the women and girl passes. Here i mostly know maroccans, berbers and arabs. And berbers are definitely more northern shifted, but not atypical as maroccan. I think the most „european“ looking north africans are algerians.

Some Moroccans(also Algerians & Tunisians) can really look indistinguishable from Europeans, even if they're rare. Also the OP looks more European than average Moroccans. If I've never told his ethnicity, you and most people would say he clearly looks European. Also some Spaniards don't look that different than North Africans (phenotypes may differ but pigmentation & skin colour is almost same).
