Those two have distinct Bosniak look which is easy to recognize for people familiar with them, don't look either Croat nor Serb.

The woman looks Alpine + Pontid while the man looks Norid

Man Norid-North Pontid, Passes as Blacksean Turk(LAZ) i know a Blacksean turkish guy similar with this bosnian man. but not would be typical.

Girl - Alpine-Med - Balkan/Italian and probably Western Turkey.
Guy - Norid - Central Europe, although Norids in Balkan aren't that uncommon as some people here think.

Why do Bosniaks have distinct look? Do they have some foreign ancestry.
I thought they were identical to most other Balkanites genetically.

Only some of them, most don't. I don't know why exactly. For example Bakir Izetbegović also look pseudo Irano-Nordoid in my opinion similar like this guy and I never saw such Croat or Serb.
