South Asian is not predominantly mixed with Australoid though. The non Caucasian part is predominantly Andamanese type.

Dodecaad K12b gives you around 13% South Asian. It depends how this South Asian is made up but usually in Dodecad it's around 75-80% Iranian_Neolithic derived. East Africa is around 50-60% Caucasian. Northwest African is around 85% Caucasian. So I assume you are around 90% Caucasian.

I know what you are referring to
Dienekes gave that description of his calculator out in 2012 when we weren't even close on having Iran mesolithic and neolithic DNA. So he split the the South Asian genes into a ANI and ASI component he even admitted that those were zombie components (not real stabilized yet) and entirely based on the data on hand. ANI compromised allot of DNA that was heavily found in modern people on the Iranian Plateau and Afghanistan and DNA that was brought from the Steppes. ASI was basically a component he considered to be native to South India but that was again speculative. But despite that he did really a fantastic job and managed to isolate alomost every Caucasian DNA in South Asia into the ANI branch and this before we even had ancient Iranian data. But still he missed some percentages.

So when Iranian_mesolithic/neolithic samples arrived, Balochis who previously scored 12% SA on average suddenly ended up with numbers closer to ~8-9%. Compare Dodecad K12b spredsheet with Balochi results from Neolithic Iranian Calculator from Kurd.


And it became obvious that the ASI part actually did include genes that were brought into the sub continent as early as the mesolithic from the Iranian Plateau.

But comparing the spredsheet with the Iranian_Neolithic data you might be correct South Asian of K12b seems to be around 2/3 non Caucasian.

About the East African component. I had a look at the spredsheet and it peaks in Somalis with 70% but some of their Caucasian genes are attributed to the Southwest Asian component. So East African is possibly around 40% Caucasian.

The thing is with ancient Sub Saharan samples we know from the most recent studies at hand that even Sub Saharan African groups that were previously thought to be completely pure, actually have at least around 5-10% Near Eastern Neolithic DNA. I red in some studies that farming in Sub Saharan Africa too can be attributed to actual admixture. Even if it was gradual and diminished from group to group it is still there.

Somali samples varied from 30-60% Caucasian in older Calculators before we knew how much Near Eastern DNA was actually in Africa.

Just remember to add always 5-10% extra Caucasian DNA to anything what appears to be Sub Saharan in previous calculators. And you are safe.

I don't know. Yemen is not exactly the region I'm knowledgeable about. But if you have recent South Asian ancestry I would guess most have less than you. Though their African should be higher.

I don't necessarily agree with you. Don't think it's correct to white-wash every single non-Caucasoid group. West Africans are 100% Black African, period

Not claiming the opposite Just pointing out that the one ancient mesolithic sample from East Africa (have forgotten it's name) that they sampled first was used as proxy for the Sub Saharan Ancestry since it showed no traces of modern Caucasian ancestry. But with the testing of Natufian and Levant Neolithic samples. That one ancient East African sample, showed to have a signature from the Levant previously not seen and it was estimated to make up like 5-10% of his ancestry.

Anyways let's agree to disagree. I won't lose hair on how Caucasian v Sub Saharan certain African components are.
