He seems kind of dark and all.... and then the eyes..

It is the "hair" what confuses you.

I think there's a chance he might be, he looks like those predominantly Euoropoid individuals on wich one is very confused in determineing his ancestry, one like say Cristiano Ronaldo, but there's definitely something odd in him, rasta hair aside, lower lips, potruding negroid-like jaw, sloping forehead...
let's put this way, he's no way the typical Norwegian, he could pass for a Brazilian dude instead...

I dont think he has potruding negroid-like jaw though.

Thing is, biracial people can and often do look *unmixed* as it were...so this is a hard assessment to make.
