MyHeritage the least accourate, but buy the cheapest, the only thing you want is gedmatch and G25.

More accurate than taxonomy.
The taxonomy has a 100% success rate ... If you previously know the origin of the person to be analyzed.
I mean each company will have different breakdowns (should be relatively similar)... obviously this is because of the sample populations used. I think the consensus is that 23andMe is the superior, AncestryDNA is close second, then after the rest.
Either or, just get a cheap test then use GEDMATCH for more accurate results.

They are to a certain degree accurate but ever changing and improving. That is the thrill of it, as new samples and data are released every now and then.
Users who did their DNA tests a few years ago can testify how their predictions have changed across the years with new updates, so what is "certain" today might not be tomorrow.
