I was bored so I was playing with 25nmonte Mesolithic/10,000 models, but I noticed that some Bavarian beaker samples (not all) are very different from later Northern Celtic and Later Germanic speaker samples. Some profiles when using proximate HG sources is very N.Italian/Iberian like..

Shouldn't be surprising that some of them would be Iberian like. Those would be first generation mixes of pure Bell Beakers and local Farmers.

They went on to become Swiss-German, the most successful of all Europeans.
