I feel like her coloring is within the Spanish range, but her facial structure looks more German if that makes sense.

She's American actress Sela Ward. Her parents' last names are Ward and Boswell. She just looks like a dark anglo mutt to me. I don't think she's typical for Spain although she can certain pass in Spain for sure. I think she's best in Britain but not sure about Germany.

Yes, she can fit here. She doesn't have a look I instantly connect with Germany, but more with Southern England/Northern France. However, in Germany she wouldn't stand out much. Generally she looks NW European to me.
