That's clearly fake. Angola does not even have Chimpanzees to begin with, with perhaps the exception of Cabinda and a few natural reserves in the northeast nearby the Congo border.

Never heard of such practices in Angola. The Ngando people in the North of the Democratic Republic of the Congo are the only people that comes to my mind that have traditionally seen bonobos as human beings. I am not entirely sure if that means they would willingly engage in intercourse with them.

Chimps are more than capable of killing humans.
